After Magneto was freed from Charles’ mind-blocks and ressumed leadership of the Brotherhood of Mutants, Toad rejoined the Brotherhood. Together with Mastermind, Juggernaut, Rogue, Hard-Drive and Vanisher, Toad blew up the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, killing hundreds of people. After the Ultimates tracked down the six of them, Toad tried to escape them, together with Rogue . But because Toad was carrying the extra weight of Rogue, he broke his ankle and got captured by the Ultimates. (Ultimate War 1)

Here's a question. In the last page of #2, Magneto TALKS to Toad, but Toad isn't actually seen in detail, so, is that an appearance or no?

Well if he's talking to someone thats off-panel or BTS then it wouldn't count as an appearance.

Well, toad is on panel, but he's just a shapeless form....so, I dunno, he's there, but it could be anyone, at the same time...
