The Coming Attractions (http://www.corona.bc.ca/films/details/x-men2.html) Web site went on to speculate that the most obvious choice in the region would be stately Hatley Castle at Royal Roads University. Coincidentally, that same location was also used in Patrick Stewart's 1996 film Masterminds.
