Dr Doom, the President of the United Latverian States (Europe), came to the aid of the rebels when the rest of the planet was being endangered by The Goblin Queen. He was the one who led the United Nation's forces to New York.
Doom recently sent a Doom-bot to fight The Goblin Queen, and then attacked him himself but both died.
Dr Doom has an amazing intellect which is equal to that of Reed Richards. Doom's main weapon is the suit of armour that he wears which contains an advanced microcomputer of his own design.
