Raven was "rescued" by Gambit and Bloodstorm, along with her brother X-Man when she was a baby. Gambit could not kill the child like Sinister told him to so he and Bella Donna brought her up as if she was their own. She was kidnapped by her uncle Julien and S.H.I.E.L.D. when her mother was killed, and then ended up in Xavier's hands. After Xavier was stopped, Raven went with Havok and Elektra to the X-Men's moon base.
After returning to Earth she and her father took the Six's jet to escape from the Beyonder.
Raven is a mutant, it is unknown what her powers are.
