Group Affiliation: Crew member of the Crimson Axe

Rav is a male Feeorin and captain of the pirate starship, the Crimson Axe. He loves having people owe him, as it gives him a feeling of ownership over them. In one of his treks across the galaxy, Rav and crewmate Zareb Syn raided a family of Arkanian gem miners on Roon. The two pirates killed the parents and took their young daughter. They then encountered a Cathar Jedi who was one of the Rasi Tuum triplets. The Jedi tried to defend the family from Rav and Zareb, saving the young boy there. Rav and Zareb’s stowaway son Jariah got away as Zareb was killed, but not before Rav lost a part of his right leg to Rasi Tuum.

Days after the Sith-Imperial War ended, Rav and his pirates were going to ransack the ruined Jedi Temple on Ossus. They found a boy named Cade adrift in space, and Rav was ready to kill him, whom he suspected of being a Jedi. Young Jariah Syn believed that Cade wasn’t a Jedi and convinced Rav as well. As Cade helped Rav rob the Ossus temple, the Feeorin let him join his crew, not realizing that he was a Jedi as Rav first suspected. Years later, on the planet Socorro, Rav settled his ship down on Sarlacc’s Peak. He started up a business in bail bonds and provided work for bounty hunters. His former shipmates Cade and Jariah would be among those bounty hunters. To keep Cade indebted to him, Rav would occasionally give him the drug known as deathsticks.

Rav once sent Cade and his team to apprehend Naxy Screeger, a gambler who owed the Feeorin. When Cade brought in Naxy and a Jedi, Rav’s camera droids recorded a fight between the Jedi and Cade, which later revealed to Rav that Cade was a Jedi after all. Weeks later, Rav helped the Empire’s efforts to find Cade by betraying Jariah Syn and Deliah Blue to them. He also confiscated their ship, the Grinning Liar, which really belonged to the Wookiee smuggler Chak.

Rav and his mercenaries would meet Cade and Jariah again, as they helped Chak in getting his ship back. After Cade killed Rav’s hired muscle, he forced the Feeorin to pledge to him the Bloody Bones oath, as Rav had done to him years ago. Once Cade and company were gone, Rav reported the event to Darth Maladi, and gave her the same oath that he had just given to Cade.
