The Society is recruiting a wide array of villains for their cause. So far all have accepted their offer but Catman. The Society decides to leave him alone for the time being. Elsewhere The Six are battling a nest of H.I.V.E. agents. Fiddlers fiddle isn’t working on them and Ragdoll and Parademon have to rescue him. After killing off the agents the mission is accomplished however Fiddler has proved his uselessness. Mockingbird orders his execution which Deadshot carries out. But now they are presented with a problem they are one member short.
Scandal and Deadshot manage to recruit Catman to their cause. Catman sends a package to Green Arrow before leaving with Scandal. At headquarters Mockingbird briefs Catman on what The Six are all about. Cheshire decides she is through being played and demands to be paid so she can take her leave. But Mockingbird reveals that he has planted a small explosive inside her daughter unbeknownst to her father Arsenal and his team the Outsiders. And if she leaves he will kill her. Every member of The Six has something to lose and it is within Mockingbird’s power to take that away. However if everyone cooperates then they will be rewarded with a continent of their own to rule.

Catman shares his suspicions with Deadshot about Mockingbird. During the conversation with Mockingbird he noticed certain things that made it seem as if Mockingbird prerecorded his message and that they are all being played. Cheshire listens in on the two men’s conversation. Deadshot inquires at to why Catman joined the team as he is the only one who volunteered the rest of them are being forced onto the team for one reason or another. He confesses that one night Deathstroke snuck into his camp and killed the family of lions he had been living with and caring for. And he wants revenge.
Scandal has received their next mission from Mockingbird. They head to Gotham City to raid a cargo ship which holds Thanagarian weapons. However The Society has bugged their plane and is listening in. Once the team arrives they discover that it was a trap all along. A large group of villains ambush The Six. Catman decides to hold his ground why the others attempt to retreat. Catman manages to hold his own and do a considerable amount of damage to his opponents but eventually he and the rest of the team are captured. Catman wakes up strapped to a medical slab to discover the Crime Doctor ready to torture him unless he gives up the identity of Mockingbird.

Crime Doctor is relentlessly torturing The Six, while in New York Black Adam feels torturing is a coward’s way and is opposed to it. But his mind soon changes when Luthor explains they found a bomb that would have destroyed his country and it was planted by The Six. Meanwhile both Deadshot and Ragdoll share their reasons for being choused into joining the team. Deadshot explains how Mockingbird threatened to destroy the neighborhood his ex-wife and daughter live in. Ragdoll tells his teammates of his condition that he wasn’t born like his father with double joints he was normal. As a result he had hundreds of surgeries and had his joints replaced with fully rotating self lubricating implants. However he needs a special chemical emollient or his bones will tear right through his flesh. And Mockingbird gives him just enough each day.
The Crime Doctor abruptly stops torturing Scandal and she is taken back to her cell. Deadshot accuses her of giving up information but Catman stands in and tries to keep the team together. Catman is taken away next, he starts to insult the Crime Doctor and the doctor increases the voltage on Catman. But it’s too much and his collar short-circuits, Catman frees himself and then the others. The Six take down the guards. During the fight Scandal proves her loyality to the team by biting off and swallowing Fatality ear. Deadshot kills Hyena as a message to The Society.

Jack one of the royal flush gang is in prison. He demands that when the time is right the warden opens the gates and releases the prisoners or his people will kill his family. The Six are preparing to raid one of The Society’s facilities. The Society realizes their security has been breached and sends in The Royal Flush Gang with Black Adam to take care of matters. Scandal discovers that The Society are planning to mindwipe the J.L.A. and the all other superheroes. She also makes another discovery they hare holding Firestorm prisoner and are using him as their main power source to mindwipe the heroes. After much debate and some reluctance The Six free Firestorm and the enraged hero destroys the entire facility before escaping.
Back at headquarters Cheshire and Catman sleep together. After telling Cheshire of how he went from a worthless woman beating villain to one of the most ruthless fighters of today, Cheshire comes to the conclusion that he is a spy because he didn’t want the heroes to be mindwiped. And that really deep down he wants to be one of the good guys. But all Cheshire is really concerned about is making a baby with him.

The Six are raiding another of The Society’s subsidiary facilities in Texas. The team is using Lexcorp computers to search for the identity of Mockingbird. In New York Luthor sends the Fearsome Five on a mission of their own. In Space sector 1729 Sinestro is trying to capture Lady Quark under the orders of The Society. The Society have all voted despite Luthor’s wishes to take on The Six with a head on assault. The Fearsome Five return with their prisoner Pariah.
Back at the House of Secrets, home base to The Six, Mockingbird reveals that he knew about The Six’s secret mission to discover his identity. Mockingbird threatens to punish them and we learn what he is holding over Scandal and Parademon. He threatens to give up Parademon’s location to Granny who will come and recapture him. Or he could just as easily kill Scandal’s mother. Catman proposes a counter-offer that the team will perform a suicide run of them versus The Society and if they are successful then they are all free to go. Mockingbird agrees.
Later on Catman attacks Deadshot. He learned the truth Deathstroke was not the one responsible for killing the family of lions it was Deadshot all along. But in the midst of their confrontation they are interrupted by The Society. It seems Deathstroke has found their headquarters and is leading a large assault team against them. Cheshire then informs the team that she is defecting to the other side and she led Deathstroke here. Deadshot prepares to kill the traitor and Catman is in shocking that she would put her daughter’s life in danger like this. But she reveals that she is pregnant with Catman’s child and therefore can replace her daughter.

The Society invades The House of Secrets, while inside the house Scandal announces that Mockingbird has abandoned them. Calculator informs Luthor that someone has hijacked their advanced spy satellites. Luthor leaves Calculator to solve the problem while he starts to torture Pariah for information. Deadshot lets Cheshire go at Catman’s request. She goes out to join The Society but Deathstroke shoots her. Pariah confesses that there is another Luthor, an imposter. But Luthor already knows because he is the imposter, the genuine Lex Luthor is the infamous Mockingbird. He recruited The Six to stand against him and The Society. Pariah now knows too much and Luthor kills him.
The battle is not faring well and The Six are being overpowered by their enemies. The real Lex Luthor has decided the time for hiding is over and goes to depose of the imposter. Ragdoll manages to persuade Solomon Grundy to turn against his fellow Society members. While Knockout also betrays the Society and saves Scandal’s life but then we learn she is Scandal’s lover and was placed within The Society as a mole. Parademon sets the ten motherboxes in his possession on self destruction and destroys The House of Secrets. Ragdoll tries to comfort Parademon as he lays dying, while Deadshot and Deathstroke shoot each other. Vandal Savage takes Luthor hostage and demands him to call a halt to his invasion he won’t stand by and let his daughter die. Luthor complies and The Society forces pull out.
The real Luthor explains to Scandal that he lied and their families where never in any real danger. Weeks later in Venice Catman meets with Green Arrow. Arrow thanks him for sending him information on The Society and their plan to mindwipe the heroes. But Catman punches Green Arrow and tells him they crossed the line by mindwiping the villains and that they aren’t heroes anymore. Now him and Deadshot have to decide wheather The Six will be heroes? Villains? Or something in-between.

The Society is recruiting a wide array of villains for their cause. So far all have accepted their offer but Catman. The Society decides to leave him alone for the time being. Elsewhere The Six are battling a nest of H.I.V.E. agents. Fiddlers fiddle isn’t working on them and Ragdoll and Parademon have to rescue him. After killing off the agents the mission is accomplished however Fiddler has proved his uselessness. Mockingbird orders his execution which Deadshot carries out. But now they are presented with a problem they are one member short.
Scandal and Deadshot manage to recruit Catman to their cause. Catman sends a package to Green Arrow before leaving with Scandal. At headquarters Mockingbird briefs Catman on what The Six are all about. Cheshire decides she is through being played and demands to be paid so she can take her leave. But Mockingbird reveals that he has planted a small explosive inside her daughter unbeknownst to her father Arsenal and his team the Outsiders. And if she leaves he will kill her. Every member of The Six has something to lose and it is within Mockingbird’s power to take that away. However if everyone cooperates then they will be rewarded with a continent of their own to rule.

Catman shares his suspicions with Deadshot about Mockingbird. During the conversation with Mockingbird he noticed certain things that made it seem as if Mockingbird prerecorded his message and that they are all being played. Cheshire listens in on the two men’s conversation. Deadshot inquires at to why Catman joined the team as he is the only one who volunteered the rest of them are being forced onto the team for one reason or another. He confesses that one night Deathstroke snuck into his camp and killed the family of lions he had been living with and caring for. And he wants revenge.
Scandal has received their next mission from Mockingbird. They head to Gotham City to raid a cargo ship which holds Thanagarian weapons. However The Society has bugged their plane and is listening in. Once the team arrives they discover that it was a trap all along. A large group of villains ambush The Six. Catman decides to hold his ground why the others attempt to retreat. Catman manages to hold his own and do a considerable amount of damage to his opponents but eventually he and the rest of the team are captured. Catman wakes up strapped to a medical slab to discover the Crime Doctor ready to torture him unless he gives up the identity of Mockingbird.

Crime Doctor is relentlessly torturing The Six, while in New York Black Adam feels torturing is a coward’s way and is opposed to it. But his mind soon changes when Luthor explains they found a bomb that would have destroyed his country and it was planted by The Six. Meanwhile both Deadshot and Ragdoll share their reasons for being choused into joining the team. Deadshot explains how Mockingbird threatened to destroy the neighborhood his ex-wife and daughter live in. Ragdoll tells his teammates of his condition that he wasn’t born like his father with double joints he was normal. As a result he had hundreds of surgeries and had his joints replaced with fully rotating self lubricating implants. However he needs a special chemical emollient or his bones will tear right through his flesh. And Mockingbird gives him just enough each day.
The Crime Doctor abruptly stops torturing Scandal and she is taken back to her cell. Deadshot accuses her of giving up information but Catman stands in and tries to keep the team together. Catman is taken away next, he starts to insult the Crime Doctor and the doctor increases the voltage on Catman. But it’s too much and his collar short-circuits, Catman frees himself and then the others. The Six take down the guards. During the fight Scandal proves her loyality to the team by biting off and swallowing Fatality ear. Deadshot kills Hyena as a message to The Society.

Jack one of the royal flush gang is in prison. He demands that when the time is right the warden opens the gates and releases the prisoners or his people will kill his family. The Six are preparing to raid one of The Society’s facilities. The Society realizes their security has been breached and sends in The Royal Flush Gang with Black Adam to take care of matters. Scandal discovers that The Society are planning to mindwipe the J.L.A. and the all other superheroes. She also makes another discovery they hare holding Firestorm prisoner and are using him as their main power source to mindwipe the heroes. After much debate and some reluctance The Six free Firestorm and the enraged hero destroys the entire facility before escaping.
Back at headquarters Cheshire and Catman sleep together. After telling Cheshire of how he went from a worthless woman beating villain to one of the most ruthless fighters of today, Cheshire comes to the conclusion that he is a spy because he didn’t want the heroes to be mindwiped. And that really deep down he wants to be one of the good guys. But all Cheshire is really concerned about is making a baby with him.

The Six are raiding another of The Society’s subsidiary facilities in Texas. The team is using Lexcorp computers to search for the identity of Mockingbird. In New York Luthor sends the Fearsome Five on a mission of their own. In Space sector 1729 Sinestro is trying to capture Lady Quark under the orders of The Society. The Society have all voted despite Luthor’s wishes to take on The Six with a head on assault. The Fearsome Five return with their prisoner Pariah.
Back at the House of Secrets, home base to The Six, Mockingbird reveals that he knew about The Six’s secret mission to discover his identity. Mockingbird threatens to punish them and we learn what he is holding over Scandal and Parademon. He threatens to give up Parademon’s location to Granny who will come and recapture him. Or he could just as easily kill Scandal’s mother. Catman proposes a counter-offer that the team will perform a suicide run of them versus The Society and if they are successful then they are all free to go. Mockingbird agrees.
Later on Catman attacks Deadshot. He learned the truth Deathstroke was not the one responsible for killing the family of lions it was Deadshot all along. But in the midst of their confrontation they are interrupted by The Society. It seems Deathstroke has found their headquarters and is leading a large assault team against them. Cheshire then informs the team that she is defecting to the other side and she led Deathstroke here. Deadshot prepares to kill the traitor and Catman is in shocking that she would put her daughter’s life in danger like this. But she reveals that she is pregnant with Catman’s child and therefore can replace her daughter.

The Society invades The House of Secrets, while inside the house Scandal announces that Mockingbird has abandoned them. Calculator informs Luthor that someone has hijacked their advanced spy satellites. Luthor leaves Calculator to solve the problem while he starts to torture Pariah for information. Deadshot lets Cheshire go at Catman’s request. She goes out to join The Society but Deathstroke shoots her. Pariah confesses that there is another Luthor, an imposter. But Luthor already knows because he is the imposter, the genuine Lex Luthor is the infamous Mockingbird. He recruited The Six to stand against him and The Society. Pariah now knows too much and Luthor kills him.
The battle is not faring well and The Six are being overpowered by their enemies. The real Lex Luthor has decided the time for hiding is over and goes to depose of the imposter. Ragdoll manages to persuade Solomon Grundy to turn against his fellow Society members. While Knockout also betrays the Society and saves Scandal’s life but then we learn she is Scandal’s lover and was placed within The Society as a mole. Parademon sets the ten motherboxes in his possession on self destruction and destroys The House of Secrets. Ragdoll tries to comfort Parademon as he lays dying, while Deadshot and Deathstroke shoot each other. Vandal Savage takes Luthor hostage and demands him to call a halt to his invasion he won’t stand by and let his daughter die. Luthor complies and The Society forces pull out.
The real Luthor explains to Scandal that he lied and their families where never in any real danger. Weeks later in Venice Catman meets with Green Arrow. Arrow thanks him for sending him information on The Society and their plan to mindwipe the heroes. But Catman punches Green Arrow and tells him they crossed the line by mindwiping the villains and that they aren’t heroes anymore. Now him and Deadshot have to decide wheather The Six will be heroes? Villains? Or something in-between.
