Indigo transforms into Brainiac 8 and says she’ll destroy the Outsiders. Indigo has a flashback to when she first arrived in our time and mistakenly awakens a old robotic Superman which killed Donna Troy we learned she blamed herself for Donna’s death and has carried that guilt for years.
Brainiac 8 blasts the Outsiders and attempts to crush Grace’s neck. Shift steps in and stops her while Thunder attacks her from above. Brainiac 8 creates force fields around Arsenal and Nightwing’s heads in an attempt to suffocate them. Jade mange’s to distract Brainiac 8 but Brainiac has found a frequency to disrupt her powers and takes her out of the fight. Starfire enters the battle and has the upper hand at first but Brainiac 8 takes her out soon enough, she plans to kill the group. But Arsenal stops her and she leaves the team to tend to its injuries.
At Star Labs the Outsiders meet up with the Teen Titans and discovers that Superboy has turned on them the teams wonder if the two events are related. As the teams discuss their next move an army of Superman robots descend on the building.
Over in Metropolis Brainiac 8 is recharging herself she is accompanied by Superboy and Lex Luthor. Brainiac 6 comes forward out of the shadows and reveals his plan to kill the entire generation of heroes.

Deaths: Inidgo
Swift is remembering fonder times when he and Indigo shared a bed and Indigo made a rose for him as a show of her love. In the present Brainiac 8 is killing Wonder Girl. The Outsiders are busy battling Brainiac 6, Thunder invulnerability is being tested by Luthor who has a sonic disrupter but Arsenal saves her only to be confronted by Superboy. Wonder Girl manages to escape Brainiac 8’s hold and engages Superboy in a battle.
The fight is going badly for both teams and Nightwing tells Starfire its time she stops holding back her real power. Meanwhile Wonder Girl is being beaten by Luthor and seeing Cassie in pain breaks through Superboy conditioning and he turns on Luthor. Starfire lets her power loose and takes down Luthor, Brainiac 6 and his battle ship.
Both teams focus their energy and attention towards defeating Brainiac 8. In the height of the battle Indigo manages to take control of her body once more and begs Swift to kill her. Swift refuses to kill the woman he loves but Indigo pleads with him telling him her true self is trapped inside Brainiac 8 and she doesn’t want to watch her friends be murdered. With great difficulty Swift grants her wish and kills Indigo by turning all her inside into human flesh but he couldn’t keep it alive so it killed her. Swift walks off to be on his own and Nightwing quits the Outsiders, the reason he joined the team was so he wouldn’t see his friends die anymore.

Nightwing and Starfire are lying in bed and Starfire is trying to convince Dick to stay with the team. But he feels responsible for Indigo’s death and doesn’t want to be apart of any more teams.
Grace and Thunder are in Metropolis at a popular meta human nightclub called Chaney’s. They are drinking and both sharing memories of their former teammate Indigo.
Shift is at Metamorph’s apartment trying to find some comfort from Rex. He is still upset over his lover’s death. He confesses to Metamoprh that he thinks often of killing himself but doesn’t do it because he is made up of unstable molecules and therefore doesn’t know how to kill himself. He blames his problems on Metamorph since he is a part of him and if it wasn’t for Metamorph he wouldn’t exist. Metamorph tries to convince Shift he could build a new life and that Indigo would want him to continue to be a hero.
Elsewhere Jade blames her self for the death of Indigo but she’s trying her best as team leader and deal with the situation. She asks Captain Marvel Junior to join the Outsiders she needs a member slot filled and she needs it to be a powerful person.
At the Outsiders headquarters Jade and Arsenal prepare to destroy their own HQ. It has been compromised once too many times by enemies of the team. Jade tells Roy she’ll do it that he built the place and must find it hard to destroy but Arsenal chooses to blow up the headquarters himself.

In the nation of Mali on the African continent there is a meeting of the presidential cabinet where Lieutenant Abioye is doing a presentation on the Peti’Lions. The Peti’Lions are an army of young men who are taken from there villages early in there childhood and taught to kill, rape, and terrorize Remori villages. Abioye is concerned about there growing numbers and there place in the countries new regime. However this problem is addressed by Ratu Bennin the president of the country or dictator depending on how you look at it. He informs her that these young men will not be around long enough to become a concern in the new era. After the meeting Abioye is told that she is to report to the Presidents resident later on in the evening.
Two weeks later Abioye is give an assignment she is to report on the Peti’Lions in action. She is told to watch a strategic massacre she has her concerns over these and in a discussion with a fell officer he questions her loyalties and tells her this is the very reason she was given this assignment.
En route to the village where the massacre is suppose to take place. Abioye appears to be talking to her self claiming she won’t stand by and witness this but she is told not to blow her cover by someone communicating with through an ear piece. However Abioye disagrees and gives up her cover. She is infact Thunder of the Outsiders and turns against the troops she was suppose to be with. The other members emerge Nightwing, Katanna, Captain Boomerang, Grace, and Metamorph they engage the army in battle and make work of them quickly. Nightwing isn’t pleased that Thunder just blew all their covers. But Thunder feels she made the right decision she couldn’t stand by and let innocents get slaughtered. Nightwing’s more concerned over word will now get out that the Outsiders aren’t dead after all.

Colton Mirubu the assistant of interdepartment affairs is on his way home when he is kidnapped. The kidnappers turn out to be Grace and Boomerang wearing leather masks and army pants. The pair torture Colton in order to get him to give up information they need. Grace has no problem breaking his hands and other body parts the rest of the team are monitoring the interrogation and Thunder voices her concerns over there extreme methods. She doesn’t understand why they can’t use Metamorphs pheromone treatment to get them to spill all of the information. But time is short and Nightwing says this is the only faster way and reminds Thunder she is the responsible person because she blew their cover. Nightwing reminds her that they worked hard to make the world think they were dead however she was allowed to tell her father what was really going on.
Elsewhere President Bennin is furious that there are a team of meathumans on his soil and fears that they may interfere with his plans. He also suspects that one of them infiltrated his presidential cabinet. He tells his assistant to unleash there weapon. The Outsiders are breaking in to a base when Thunder is spotted by the guards, however the guards prove ineffective as the Outsiders reach their intended destination. Where they discover a building full of Sarin gas enough to kill a country. Metamorph prepares to turn the gas into helium when he suddenly disappears; each member the team vanishes one by one. It’s than revealed there opponent is a super speedster.

The mysterious Speedster has the Outsiders at his feet telling them that the building they are in is off limits. He then takes Nightwing and abandons him miles away from the rest of the team. Nightwing finds himself surround by a battalion of soldiers. Next the mysterious villain takes out Grace throwing twenty-five thousand punches to her face before she can even blink. He then disarms Katanna and uses her own sword to slash and cut her before knocking her unconscious. Metamorph sets up to the plate and but the speedster just uses his unstable molecules against him and creates a cyclone around and spreads Rex’s gas form throughout the air.
Boomerang and Thunder are the only ones left standing its time for Owen to use some speed of his own. He draws his boomerangs and takes down the speedster while Thunder uses her body density abilities to crush him. But the speedster starts to use his speed powers to vibrate an uncontrollable rate and Thunder can barely hold on Boomerang rushes to her aid but Metamorph appears to be back in the game. This time transforming from gas form to hydrolic acid and severely burns their foe. Metamorph than generates a foam to help the acid burns so he can recover. The foam also contains a topical anaesthetic so he won’t be able to get up. Nightwing returns from his scuffle with the soldiers and notices that speedster looks familiar. He pulls of the rest of the mask to reveal Jay Garrick AKA the Flash but many years younger.

Green Lantern is on the Outsiders ship to identify the person the Outsiders captured . It is in fact a young version of Jay Garrick the Flash. The Outsiders don’t have access to Jay’s DNA so they can’t cross reference it to see if it matches. However they have discovered the clone does have corrupted DNA. Green Lantern takes the clone in to his possession and warns the group that they are treading on thin ice, there actions are borderline terrorism. And now that he is a member of Checkmate he’ll be keeping an eye on them.
Metamorph and Thunder kidnap President Benin and bring him upon there ship, the Pequod. He recognizes Thunder whom was posing as his officer Abioye. Thunder informs him she is not a traitor she was always a spy. They hang him out the bay door in an effort to find out who supplied him with the Flash clone. He gives them the names Silver and Grey.
Elsewhere Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are discussing the Flash clone who went missing in Mali. Brain wants to cut all ties with Mali but Mallah reminds him that the herb needed in the cloning process is only grown in Mali. Brain is tired of creating clone bodies that only reject his tissue and wants to die but Mallah promises to give Brain a new body that they’ll find a way to be together.
The Outsiders drop off Benini on a remote island to live out his days as punishment for his crimes. Katanna makes Ralu Allon watch what happens to Benini to ensure he wont cause any mischief as the new President of Mali. As the Outsiders leave the island Superman confronts them about their current actions. Nightwing criticizes Superman’s methods saying that they try and save the corners of the earth that Superman doesn’t. Nightwing produces a lead box in which he insinuates there is kryptonite and he’ll use on Superman if he gets in his way. Superman tells Dick he won’t let him cross the line when Dick comes to it and leaves. Both Grace and Boomerang are impressed with Dick’s bluff with the lead box. But when they both leave Nightwing alone we see Dick wasn’t bluffing Superman at all.

A woman has paid 10 million dollars for a metahuman but the meta still hasn’t been to delivered to her after three weeks. Phobia tells her not worry and she’ll get it but the woman wants it now or her money back. The woman threatens to call Checkmate on Phobia and the Brotherhood. Phobia grows tired of the woman and uses her abilities on the woman. But Phobia in turn collapses to the ground in pain the woman reveals her self to be Metamorph. He has removed the fear section of his brain so Phobia can’t tap in to it and that the bio-feed back she is receiving is from a organic bomb he placed there instead. Phobia roots around Metamorpho’s brain and notices there is someone else in there and notices he has fear. Phobia jumps out the window on to her sky cycle to make her escape. But Katanna grabs her and demands to know where Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are hiding. Phobia tries to use her powers but Katanna drops her from the ledge.
Phobia is in the hospital with two broken legs but Metamorpho is pumping her with endorphins to make her talk. Captain Boomerang claims Nightwing is going soft since he is bitching about Katanna breaking Phobia’s legs and Nightwing reminds Boomerang that he is here because Dick allows him not because he likes him.
Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are at their lab in Russia unaware that Thunder is spying on them she and the rest of the Outsiders bust in and take down the duo. But Brain and Mallah explode and the weapons system activates on the team. The real Mallah and Brain blasts the team from behind rendering them all unconscious.

Indigo transforms into Brainiac 8 and says she’ll destroy the Outsiders. Indigo has a flashback to when she first arrived in our time and mistakenly awakens a old robotic Superman which killed Donna Troy we learned she blamed herself for Donna’s death and has carried that guilt for years.
Brainiac 8 blasts the Outsiders and attempts to crush Grace’s neck. Shift steps in and stops her while Thunder attacks her from above. Brainiac 8 creates force fields around Arsenal and Nightwing’s heads in an attempt to suffocate them. Jade mange’s to distract Brainiac 8 but Brainiac has found a frequency to disrupt her powers and takes her out of the fight. Starfire enters the battle and has the upper hand at first but Brainiac 8 takes her out soon enough, she plans to kill the group. But Arsenal stops her and she leaves the team to tend to its injuries.
At Star Labs the Outsiders meet up with the Teen Titans and discovers that Superboy has turned on them the teams wonder if the two events are related. As the teams discuss their next move an army of Superman robots descend on the building.
Over in Metropolis Brainiac 8 is recharging herself she is accompanied by Superboy and Lex Luthor. Brainiac 6 comes forward out of the shadows and reveals his plan to kill the entire generation of heroes.

Deaths: Inidgo
Swift is remembering fonder times when he and Indigo shared a bed and Indigo made a rose for him as a show of her love. In the present Brainiac 8 is killing Wonder Girl. The Outsiders are busy battling Brainiac 6, Thunder invulnerability is being tested by Luthor who has a sonic disrupter but Arsenal saves her only to be confronted by Superboy. Wonder Girl manages to escape Brainiac 8’s hold and engages Superboy in a battle.
The fight is going badly for both teams and Nightwing tells Starfire its time she stops holding back her real power. Meanwhile Wonder Girl is being beaten by Luthor and seeing Cassie in pain breaks through Superboy conditioning and he turns on Luthor. Starfire lets her power loose and takes down Luthor, Brainiac 6 and his battle ship.
Both teams focus their energy and attention towards defeating Brainiac 8. In the height of the battle Indigo manages to take control of her body once more and begs Swift to kill her. Swift refuses to kill the woman he loves but Indigo pleads with him telling him her true self is trapped inside Brainiac 8 and she doesn’t want to watch her friends be murdered. With great difficulty Swift grants her wish and kills Indigo by turning all her inside into human flesh but he couldn’t keep it alive so it killed her. Swift walks off to be on his own and Nightwing quits the Outsiders, the reason he joined the team was so he wouldn’t see his friends die anymore.

Nightwing and Starfire are lying in bed and Starfire is trying to convince Dick to stay with the team. But he feels responsible for Indigo’s death and doesn’t want to be apart of any more teams.
Grace and Thunder are in Metropolis at a popular meta human nightclub called Chaney’s. They are drinking and both sharing memories of their former teammate Indigo.
Shift is at Metamorph’s apartment trying to find some comfort from Rex. He is still upset over his lover’s death. He confesses to Metamoprh that he thinks often of killing himself but doesn’t do it because he is made up of unstable molecules and therefore doesn’t know how to kill himself. He blames his problems on Metamorph since he is a part of him and if it wasn’t for Metamorph he wouldn’t exist. Metamorph tries to convince Shift he could build a new life and that Indigo would want him to continue to be a hero.
Elsewhere Jade blames her self for the death of Indigo but she’s trying her best as team leader and deal with the situation. She asks Captain Marvel Junior to join the Outsiders she needs a member slot filled and she needs it to be a powerful person.
At the Outsiders headquarters Jade and Arsenal prepare to destroy their own HQ. It has been compromised once too many times by enemies of the team. Jade tells Roy she’ll do it that he built the place and must find it hard to destroy but Arsenal chooses to blow up the headquarters himself.

In the nation of Mali on the African continent there is a meeting of the presidential cabinet where Lieutenant Abioye is doing a presentation on the Peti’Lions. The Peti’Lions are an army of young men who are taken from there villages early in there childhood and taught to kill, rape, and terrorize Remori villages. Abioye is concerned about there growing numbers and there place in the countries new regime. However this problem is addressed by Ratu Bennin the president of the country or dictator depending on how you look at it. He informs her that these young men will not be around long enough to become a concern in the new era. After the meeting Abioye is told that she is to report to the Presidents resident later on in the evening.
Two weeks later Abioye is give an assignment she is to report on the Peti’Lions in action. She is told to watch a strategic massacre she has her concerns over these and in a discussion with a fell officer he questions her loyalties and tells her this is the very reason she was given this assignment.
En route to the village where the massacre is suppose to take place. Abioye appears to be talking to her self claiming she won’t stand by and witness this but she is told not to blow her cover by someone communicating with through an ear piece. However Abioye disagrees and gives up her cover. She is infact Thunder of the Outsiders and turns against the troops she was suppose to be with. The other members emerge Nightwing, Katanna, Captain Boomerang, Grace, and Metamorph they engage the army in battle and make work of them quickly. Nightwing isn’t pleased that Thunder just blew all their covers. But Thunder feels she made the right decision she couldn’t stand by and let innocents get slaughtered. Nightwing’s more concerned over word will now get out that the Outsiders aren’t dead after all.

Colton Mirubu the assistant of interdepartment affairs is on his way home when he is kidnapped. The kidnappers turn out to be Grace and Boomerang wearing leather masks and army pants. The pair torture Colton in order to get him to give up information they need. Grace has no problem breaking his hands and other body parts the rest of the team are monitoring the interrogation and Thunder voices her concerns over there extreme methods. She doesn’t understand why they can’t use Metamorphs pheromone treatment to get them to spill all of the information. But time is short and Nightwing says this is the only faster way and reminds Thunder she is the responsible person because she blew their cover. Nightwing reminds her that they worked hard to make the world think they were dead however she was allowed to tell her father what was really going on.
Elsewhere President Bennin is furious that there are a team of meathumans on his soil and fears that they may interfere with his plans. He also suspects that one of them infiltrated his presidential cabinet. He tells his assistant to unleash there weapon. The Outsiders are breaking in to a base when Thunder is spotted by the guards, however the guards prove ineffective as the Outsiders reach their intended destination. Where they discover a building full of Sarin gas enough to kill a country. Metamorph prepares to turn the gas into helium when he suddenly disappears; each member the team vanishes one by one. It’s than revealed there opponent is a super speedster.

The mysterious Speedster has the Outsiders at his feet telling them that the building they are in is off limits. He then takes Nightwing and abandons him miles away from the rest of the team. Nightwing finds himself surround by a battalion of soldiers. Next the mysterious villain takes out Grace throwing twenty-five thousand punches to her face before she can even blink. He then disarms Katanna and uses her own sword to slash and cut her before knocking her unconscious. Metamorph sets up to the plate and but the speedster just uses his unstable molecules against him and creates a cyclone around and spreads Rex’s gas form throughout the air.
Boomerang and Thunder are the only ones left standing its time for Owen to use some speed of his own. He draws his boomerangs and takes down the speedster while Thunder uses her body density abilities to crush him. But the speedster starts to use his speed powers to vibrate an uncontrollable rate and Thunder can barely hold on Boomerang rushes to her aid but Metamorph appears to be back in the game. This time transforming from gas form to hydrolic acid and severely burns their foe. Metamorph than generates a foam to help the acid burns so he can recover. The foam also contains a topical anaesthetic so he won’t be able to get up. Nightwing returns from his scuffle with the soldiers and notices that speedster looks familiar. He pulls of the rest of the mask to reveal Jay Garrick AKA the Flash but many years younger.

Green Lantern is on the Outsiders ship to identify the person the Outsiders captured . It is in fact a young version of Jay Garrick the Flash. The Outsiders don’t have access to Jay’s DNA so they can’t cross reference it to see if it matches. However they have discovered the clone does have corrupted DNA. Green Lantern takes the clone in to his possession and warns the group that they are treading on thin ice, there actions are borderline terrorism. And now that he is a member of Checkmate he’ll be keeping an eye on them.
Metamorph and Thunder kidnap President Benin and bring him upon there ship, the Pequod. He recognizes Thunder whom was posing as his officer Abioye. Thunder informs him she is not a traitor she was always a spy. They hang him out the bay door in an effort to find out who supplied him with the Flash clone. He gives them the names Silver and Grey.
Elsewhere Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are discussing the Flash clone who went missing in Mali. Brain wants to cut all ties with Mali but Mallah reminds him that the herb needed in the cloning process is only grown in Mali. Brain is tired of creating clone bodies that only reject his tissue and wants to die but Mallah promises to give Brain a new body that they’ll find a way to be together.
The Outsiders drop off Benini on a remote island to live out his days as punishment for his crimes. Katanna makes Ralu Allon watch what happens to Benini to ensure he wont cause any mischief as the new President of Mali. As the Outsiders leave the island Superman confronts them about their current actions. Nightwing criticizes Superman’s methods saying that they try and save the corners of the earth that Superman doesn’t. Nightwing produces a lead box in which he insinuates there is kryptonite and he’ll use on Superman if he gets in his way. Superman tells Dick he won’t let him cross the line when Dick comes to it and leaves. Both Grace and Boomerang are impressed with Dick’s bluff with the lead box. But when they both leave Nightwing alone we see Dick wasn’t bluffing Superman at all.

A woman has paid 10 million dollars for a metahuman but the meta still hasn’t been to delivered to her after three weeks. Phobia tells her not worry and she’ll get it but the woman wants it now or her money back. The woman threatens to call Checkmate on Phobia and the Brotherhood. Phobia grows tired of the woman and uses her abilities on the woman. But Phobia in turn collapses to the ground in pain the woman reveals her self to be Metamorph. He has removed the fear section of his brain so Phobia can’t tap in to it and that the bio-feed back she is receiving is from a organic bomb he placed there instead. Phobia roots around Metamorpho’s brain and notices there is someone else in there and notices he has fear. Phobia jumps out the window on to her sky cycle to make her escape. But Katanna grabs her and demands to know where Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are hiding. Phobia tries to use her powers but Katanna drops her from the ledge.
Phobia is in the hospital with two broken legs but Metamorpho is pumping her with endorphins to make her talk. Captain Boomerang claims Nightwing is going soft since he is bitching about Katanna breaking Phobia’s legs and Nightwing reminds Boomerang that he is here because Dick allows him not because he likes him.
Monsieur Mallah and The Brain are at their lab in Russia unaware that Thunder is spying on them she and the rest of the Outsiders bust in and take down the duo. But Brain and Mallah explode and the weapons system activates on the team. The real Mallah and Brain blasts the team from behind rendering them all unconscious.
