Unless I am mistaken, this should actually be listed as "1st series", not "2nd", shouldn't it?

If I'm not mistaken there was Alpha Flight Special #1-4 around 1991 that reprinted #97-100. If not, what were they then called?

I confess that I don't have them. Also, I'm not near my collection now so I can't check the indicia of this one-shot.

So nice that someone comments here! :)

Hmm...I don't know about the reprints honestly. Hmmm....now I wonder. I will do some checking......

EDIT: Ok, I found the comics you are mentioning. I don't have the date for them, but I think they were first. So I see why they would be called "series 1". Now, I am not familiar with the way Comixfan works in regards to this, but would this one, as a one-shot, be referred to as "2nd series"? I would assume so, since limited series are referred to that way. Basically, ignore my post above! :)

BTW, I had to comment...as I said, Alpha is my all time favorite book. :D I am glad you posted these, since Alpha gets no respect usually.

Yeah, we list one-shot as their own series. Another example is Maverick.

I would summarise more Alpha Flight if my collections weren't so spotty. And is good that people comment here. I know I must have done tons of mistakes somewhere.

I have every issue of all three Alpha series, plus all the specials and annuals (EXCEPT, the four issues that were reprints) ;) , so if you ever have any questions, I am your man.
