Dust Devil, the six-shooter wielding officer at Precinct Ten, was a member from his first appearance. Often partnered with Shock-Headed Peter (Peter Cheney), Dust Devil was first seen apprehending a bovine-like Neopolis citizen. Soon after, he was assigned to take care of some stubborn prostitutes. There, he apprehended April Showers and Miss Ophidia.
While Dust Devil was sitting in on the questioning of Professor Gromolko, Gromolko seized one of Dust Devil’s six-shooters and committed suicide. Dust Devil blamed only himself for the incident, yet refused counseling when the former Jetlad offered it.
Dust Devil and Shock-Headed Peter soon thereafter recovered a victim of the Libra Killer (M’rrgla Qualtz). They soon teamed up with Precinct Ten sergeant Jack Phantom and followed Libra into the sewers. Dust Devil attempted to flirt with the lesbian sergeant, but after having mostly failed he proceeded to save her life. They apprehended Libra with the help of Hyperdog.
He was soon called away to his mother’s apartment, where a group of Ultra-Mice had set up a colony. His mother was forced to move into his apartment, where he reported that his love life has suitably suffered. The mice, however, started an intergalactic war with Atom Cats and erased the entire incident from Dust Devil’s memory.
Dust Devil was later involved in the capture of Lawrence Lomax, a known pedophile who was working with the world's most popular team to run an underground child abuse ring. Dust Devil still works as an officer of Precinct Ten.
Dust Devil has no superhuman powers. He does carry two customised six-shooters and is very experienced with them.
