Notes:

The first meeting of Ralph Dibny and Sue Dearbon Dibny (as depicted in Identity Crisis #1) took place in The Flash #119. Detective Comics #449 contains the birthday mystery story, in which Barry Allen (Flash) disguises himself as an elderly man.

Jack Drake first learned that his son, Tim, is secretly Robin in Robin (4th series) #124.

Ray Palmer (Atom) and Jean Loring divorced in Sword of the Atom Special #1, after she had an affair with a colleague, Paul Hoben.

The flashback in Identity Crisis #2 would take place chronologically between Flash #275 (1979), in which Iris Allen died, and Justice League of America #179 (1980), in which Ronnie Raymond (Firestorm) joins the team.

Digger Harkness (Captain Boomerang) left for the satellite meeting in The Flash (2nd series) #213.

Owen Mercer makes his first appearance in Identity Crisis #3. He first learns of his enhanced speed in Identity Crisis #5, and becomes the second Captain Boomerang in the following issue. Owen next appears in The Flash (2nd series) #217.

As mentioned in Identity Crisis #3, Tim Drake (Robin) was accidentally elbowed in the face by Victor Stone (Cyborg) in Teen Titans (3rd series) #20.

Ronnie Raymond (Firestorm) is killed by Carl Sands (Shadow Thief) in Identity Crisis #5. The Firestorm matrix passes from Raymond to Jason Rusch in Firestorm (2nd series) #1, which was released several months before the start of Identity Crisis. Kate Spencer (Manhunter) learns of the murder in Manhunter (4th series) #4, and witnesses the Justice League capturing Sands in Manhunter (4th series) #5. Spencer then handles the prosecution of Sands, whose trial takes place in Manhunter (4th series) #6-9.

Jack Drake is murdered by Digger Harkness (Captain Boomerang) in Identity Crisis #5. His son, Tim Drake (Robin), first begins to deal with his grief in Robin (4th series) #132. In Teen Titans (3rd series) #20, Tim opens up to his teammates about his loss.

Digger Harkness (Captain Boomerang) dies from his injuries in Identity Crisis #5. His funeral is held in Flash (2nd series) #217, but his body is revealed to be in the custody of the FBI.

The phone call between Captain Cold and Gambi in Identity Crisis #6 continues in The Flash (2nd series) #216.

The conversation between Wally West (Flash) and Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) in Flash (2nd series) #216 continues in Identity Crisis #6.

Lorainne Reilly (Firehawk) retires from costumed life in Identity Crisis #7. She is next seen in Firestorm (2nd series) #8, investigating the new Firestorm on behalf of Ed Raymond, the father of Ronnie Raymond (Firestorm).

Following his reawakening in Identity Crisis, Arthur Light (Dr. Light) attacks Green Arrow in Teen Titans (3rd series) #20, leading into a three-part storyline in which he confronts the Titans in Teen Titans (3rd series) #21-23.

I didn't read the series. What exactly did they do with Jean Loring when they found out she was the killer?

I think that Jean Loring might appear dead in later issues,in Identity Crisis No.7 there is a small tabloid magazine in one of the last panels that say that Jean was tortured by prison inmates.Either that,or she will return as a villianess of The Atom`s.

Jean was the host for Eclipso. I don't think that has changed since the end of DoV
