The Black Cat has been put in jail after she was found under Garrison Klum’s dead body. Spider-Man asked Matt Murdock to work as her lawyer and after Murdock is guaranteed she didn’t murder Klum, Spider-Man asks Murdock, also known as the vigilante Daredevil, to help him bust her out. Together they go to Ryker’s Island where they find the guards killed by Francis, aide of the late Mister Brownstone. Francis makes the two heroes fight each other before vanishing with the Black Cat.
