The pink, amorphous creature called Xoo was created by the foodstuff-producing company, Xoo Industries. It was originally a soft drink which became sentient when Seaguy drank it. Xoo was immeadiately vomited up by Seaguy and asked for his help in finding its home. Xoo, Seaguy and Chubby then fled from the I-Police and later found the Xoo Industries factory out on the ocean. The trio were captured by the factory's security, and Xoo fell into a vat of the same substance that it's made of. Xoo reemerge at a gigantic size and lashed out wildly. It destroyed that factory that it came from and is currently on the loose in the ocean.
