Some time between 1995 and 2013, during the Sentinels' rise to power, the Phalanx entity called Douglock was abducted from Excalibur by the subversive organization Black Air. They had Douglock dissected and strands of his body spread throughout their London complex, the Blackwall. From this, Douglock became the command core for both the Blackwall and Black Air.
In the year 2013, Excalibur would try to rescue Douglock from Black Air. Since Douglock's systems were taken over by Black Air, he controlled Blackwall's security systems to fight Excalibur and led them into a trap. The final fate of Douglock's former teammates is unrevealed.
