Which of these characters would you most like to see join the X-Men?

I think tempo would be a great addition to the uncanny x-men. She has cool powers and has been rarely used by x-force writers. Aside from her time manipulation powers she would add some much needed diveristy to the x-men, she's african american. Her time with the mutant liberation and stryfe would also create for interesting stories. If Dani Moonstar was added to the team, the two have had history together, making for even more good stories. Basically she's a character with cool ass powers and is very underdeveloped in characterization department. One person I'm suprised not to see in this poll is james proudstar, warpath, he was very interesting. He could add much character and phyiscal strength to the team.

Side Note: I'm very sad not to see psylocke on this list. She was so cool and many writers never got her. R.IP. for a couple of months or years doll I'm sure they'll bring you back sooner or later.Remeber Bucky the only one who stays dead

I voted for my boy Nils Styger, aka ABYSS! He'd be a perfect addition to the title, even if it was relegated to being a student at the school. Still, he has a pure heart and a pretty amazing visual and power. He's recovered from the legacy virus and his homeland is a pile of rubble at the hands of Sentinels. This boy has potential, dangit!

However, many of those listed above would be welcome additions to the team as well. Maggott, Marrow (though I think Weapon X is a better home for her), Polaris, Reyes, Havok, or Jubilee would be cool, too.

I voted for Jubilee :) but I wouldn't mind seeing some of the other characters though. Like Havok, Polaris, Cecilia, Dazzler, Moonstar, Sunspot, Cannonball, Husk, M and Scanner. They would fit really well with Uncanny. I can't wait for Austen's run to start!

Cecilia is good as a supporting character, but she is not a field opprative, thats what makes her special
I just hope who ever makes the cut has good reason to be there, not just cause certain fans or writers want it that way,

I voted for Havok cause I'd love to see him and Lorna back together again in Uncanny. Havok. He will bring more depth to the team in terms of power. Their only heavy hitter as of now is Wolverine and he isn't with the team full time. Iceman is still hesitating to use his powers to their full extent as shown in X-men Forever. He returned to the X-men to show what he can do and test his power to its limits amd nothing has been shown that he's doing that. Angel's priorities are split between his company and the team. Chamber's still unsure of his role in the team. The only good thing on the team is Nightcrawler. Adding Havok to the team means having a proven field commander and his experiences in the Mutant X series will make way for decisions that will allow the team to expand in ways that we have not seen.

I voted Cannonball, though second place choice would be Moonstar. Both out original New Mutants, both have been training to be X-men in the first place, and both are fully capable of leading a team/working well in the big leagues.

Of course, I'd also like to see Jono stick around as well, and apparently he will, just as a supporting character.

I voted Cannonball because he´s got a cool powe and ´cause I think that the kids who used to be part of teams like Generation X, X-Force/New Mutants should now integrate the new generation of Xavier´s dream. It´s more logical than bringing back old adult members like Havok or Dazzler (yes, I know Cannonball was an x-man, but it was for such a short time...). I´d also want that Chamber stayed.

We don't know what happened to her during the timelapse between the Twelve storyarc and Revolution, but she has an upcoming Weapon X: The Draft one-shot, so you might just be reading her in the following Weapon X ongoing series.

Anyway, I thought it would be cool to see someone with his power in the "action" book of the x-line, and he also just seems interesting and underused. I would've gone with Cannonball, but the whole "ah'm" and "y'all" thing...oy. Month after month of "X-Hee-Haw", no thanks. Primal would've been cool, too, but I'd like to see him developed a bit more before joining one of the main teams.

Well Rogue can be considered as the "strong guy" of X-Treme. And my vote for Cecilia is kind of in that direction (team's shield/protection). They don't have to be big muscular brawny males. Even more, I'd prefer if they didn't have a token "strong guy" in the teams because it's become somewhat of a cliche to use the contrast of comic team archetypes. A good mix of characters and their different personalities are more interesting--IMO.

Scanner has a really cool power, I loved what she did in the Magneto war, and she was willing, at one point, to become one of the x-men- but was turned down by Xavier! It would be a real shame for her to have died on Genosha.

2 She should be in the X-men..after Revoltion when she was "part time" I was always hoping she would join up..

3 I think that she would mesh well on a strike team..she has seen and done so much..Been a S.H.I.E.L.D agent ..and a Valkerie..so the whole Strike team aspect wouldn't be new too her...

4 She has leadership cappabilities and yet she can work wel under someone elses leadership

5I would like at least one more girl on the team ( so it would be ok if M joined too)

All this talk about bringing back characters that couldnt survive in their own comics is ridiculous. Cannonball didnt click. Moonstar?! She was this chick in pigtails and fringed boots who shot a bow and arrow. Wow! What a stereotype. At least Dazz had a diva personality that was pretty fun to watch her fall on her face. Killing off Psylocke is inexplicable to me! Now thats a superhero. She acted like one. She was full of more passion than 3/4 of the people mentioned above. I hope the Hand brings her back the same way they did Elektra. Its bad enough theyve killed 16million mutants in Genosha, but to see Moira, Colossus and Psylocke bite the bullet in one year is too much.

[In fact, the New Mutants from Claremont's run waaay back in the late 80's was the best, with Doug, Ilyanna, Amara, etc.] However, I don't think Roberto's character would settle in with the direction anything X has taken these days.

She and Logan parted company in like 1994 after he left and she went to Gen X right?

Well think about this, they were together as a team for 6 years and it's been 8 years they were ripped apart yet PEOPLE STILL THINK OF THEM AS A TEAM. The website www.wolverineandjubilee.com is still one of the busiest X-Men fansites on the web. Jubilee was voted the coolest female Marvel character not too long ago after not really being in any book for almost a year. And she came in 2nd place in this very poll. Someone at Marvel thought her important enough to not only include her with the next wave of mutants in X-Men:Evolution but to highlight her inclusion in the Wizard guide. "Your Man At Marvel" has already said that he's getting a ton of Jubilee must return mail, and no it's not all from me. And finally, the girl has mad potential, in the right writer's hands she could be a very well written character.

Hmmm... sounds like she needs to come back to the X-Men as a full member to me.

Maybe not as an X-Man, but as a reluctant villan, but either way, we need to see Sunspot. He's a great character, who could be used in a lot of ways in an X book

I would love to see Marrow coming back to the x-men...She was refreshing to see going. I know she didn't have a incredible background (probably because she was quite young to the storyline) but it wasn't sucking either. It was also producing a nice plot between her and Gambit. I really love that character. And I don't understand why she's gone when x-men no100 came out...Well, It's true they cut a lot of thing but i really felt....I don't know, "hey, what happened? what's all this change?" It lost me a bit. She was also amazingly hot to see going mad and angry with all her bone chess.

Cecilia reyes was cool too but hasn't had the time to produce something. She was too secondary to the story, not enough space...and zip! after the NEO storyline, she'd just disapeared...except a "lying in bed" pic in a other issue.

For my money, Abyss is the best one in that motely crue. He doesn't have an established past beyond what we've seen (the X-Corps fiasco and his time spent on Genosha), so that makes him clay for some good molding by some of these writers Marvel has right now. His mutation is incredibly interesting and has a lot of potential--especially when you consider that in the AoA universe, he was a Horseman of Apocy when he's apparently a youngster to some degree still.

He was pretty awesome in AoA, too, but that's besides the point.

I think any of the choices would bring a breath of fresh air to the team, especially Jubillee,M,Marrow. However I have always wished for a new type of mutant team, along the lines that X-Factor should've been when it was gonna go public..an avengers type Legion Of X-Men! Havok and Polaris would lead, with Shard(bring her back),Monsoon,Fixx,Magma,Feron,Northstar,Aurora,Sunspot, Namorita,Warpath,Moonstar,Strong Guy, among others on a rotating membership, joining a core team when their powers could be used for a specific mission. Just a thought.

Either Magma or Polaris. I can't honestly decide between the two. I am dying to know what happened to Polaris since the last time we saw her. Y'know, I'm gonna have to disagree w/ the masses. I never cared for Havok that much--or Cyclops for that matter. Cyke was always whiney Mr. Do-gooder, and I really didn't understand why Alex was always, although not overtly, emulating him. I think if his character was re-invented, darker, brooding, morally-questionable, I'd like him more. He's supposedly set for an apearance, so we'll see.

My vote's on Jubes. Yes, she's whiney...but I think that her potential should finally be explored. I want to see her grow up...get a li'l sexy. Come on, she jaunted around w/ Betsy and Logan in Mandripoor. She had the two best teachers in the world to learn how to be a power player.

Just as a side note...I think it's about time Jubes showed Meltdown a thing or two...

I would love to see M [Monet St. Croix] on the team because her powers are decent, has a raw attitude with a complexing family history, & can fill in the void of Afro-American whom are sadly lack in the X-Men.

Me, I vote for Sam. I think he's got so much potential for being a strogn character, but has been played so differently. In X-Force he was a strong leader, very Cyclops. When he joined the X-Men, he was comic relief more than before, and seemed kind of uncomfortable in that situation. I'd like to see him grow into that role, explore how he feels about how the world has changed, and what became of the rest of X-Force. I know he was in New lately, but I want to see more.
