Amusingly enough, despite the title, the book itself actually reads like a New Mutants story guest starring Wolverine.

More of the main plotline is that the Mage switched our Rahne with Princess Raine to prevent a prophecy from coming true, and to lure out Magnus, using his magic to alter each girls memory (but wasn't as successful for Rain, because them magic wasn't as potent in the MU, so when it wore off, the others thought she had lost her mind).

The Prophecy still came to pass however, just not as expected, the Princess succumbing to the beast was just Rahne using her powers, the blood flowing like water was Magnus's own blood gushing after Wolverine (in his own words) "Picked his brain", and the kingdom falling was in reference to the damage Magnus caused when he grew giant sized.

Finally, several of the people in Geshem are analogues to people in the MU.

Magnus is Magneto
Mage is Cable (his staff looks remarkably like Warlock)
Doug is Cypher
Tabitha is Boom Boom
Roberto is Sunspot
Samuel is Cannonball
Richard is Rictor
Princess Rain is Wolfsbane

I read this a few years ago and it's pretty cool but who's Hubert?

Hubert was one of the Princess's guard's whom Logan decapitated. His head was seen bouncing down the stairs.

Part three of this series, Wolverine: Rahne Fall, did that ever come out? because no one I know of owns a copy, nor can I find a even so much as a cover scan

I believe there were only two parts Rahne of Terra, and Knight of Terra.

Correct. There were only two parts. If a third was planned it never surfaced.

Well, it was supposed to come out in 1996... and I've seen some shops still list it (but as out of stock).. it was a one-shot graphic novel, or at least it was supposed to be.
