Part 2 - Amazing Spider-Man (1st Series) #410 - The Carnage symbiote latches onto Spider-Man, thus becoming Spider-Carnage.
Part 3 - Spider-Man (1st series) #67 - Spider-Man tries to restrain the Carnage symbiote as it uses him to cause mayhem.
Part 4 - Spectacular Spider-Man (1st series) #233 - Spider-Carnage goes to the Ravencroft Institute to be free of the symbiote.
Notes:
In Sensational Spider-Man #3, the skeleton Spider-Man took recently is revealed to be another clone of himself. Spider-Man also learns that the girl he's been seeing, Jessica Carradine, is the daughter of the burglar who killed Ben Parker.
The Carnage symbiote uses John Jameson as a host before it is bonded to Spider-Man in Amazing Spider-Man (1st Series) #410.
In Amazing Spider-Man (1st Series) #410, the Carnage symbiote mysteriously knows that the new Spider-Man used to be the Scarlet Spider.
In Spider-Man (1st series) #67, Jessica Carradine tries to photograph Spider-Carnage, hoping to show Spider-Man as a menace. Spider-Carnage damages the camera however, which ruins the film.
Seward Trainer, who was recovering from a coma, distances himself from Peter Parker and Ben Reilly and heads to a corporation called Multivex in Spider-Man (1st series) #67.
In Spectacular Spider-Man (1st series) #233, Spider-Man frees himself of the Carnage symbiote and it escapes back to Cletus Kasady. It is revealed that the symbiote originally escaped Ravencroft Institute through its plumbing system.
