<B>Powers:</B> Araki belongs to the Shi'ar, a race that possess both avian and mammalian physical characteristics. He has feathers instead of hair atop gus head and has vestigial feathers along his elbows. Araki is able to lift over 1 ton, normal for a Shi'ar male.
In our reality, Araki acts as the Prime Minister of the Shi'ar Imperium and serves on the Shi'ar High Council, an advisory body to the Shi'ar majestor or majestrix. He is the Grand Vizier, also referred to as the Lord Chancellor, to the Shi'ar Empress Lilandra.
