Real Name: Lord John Falsworth
Group Affiliation: Super-Axis
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 180 lbs.
Eyes: Red
Hair: Black
Powers: Baron Blood possessed all the standard powers of a vampire, but to a degree greater than that of most vampires, with the obvious exception of Dracula. Baron Blood could hypnotize victims, command certain forms of animals, and control the weather to a certain degree over a small area. Unlike other vampires, including Dracula, Baron Blood was able to fly without transforming himself into a bat.

In our reality, Lord Falsworth was the younger of the two sons of William, Lord Falsworth. Upon William's death, his elder son Montgomery inherited his title and the bulk of his father's estate. Embittered, John set out for the European continent to seek Castle Dracula to use the Vampire King as a means of achieving immense wealth and power. However, John fell victim to Dracula's hypnotic powers and rose three nights later as a vampire. Dracula sent him back to England to wreak havoc and, in pursuit of this goal, John offered his services to German intelligence, which gave him the code-name Baron Blood. He was run off by the original Union Jack, who was secretly Blood's brother Montgomery. Years later, Baron Blood joined the Super-Axis, a group of superhumanly powered beings who served the Axis powers during World War II. After the war, Blood's vampiric compulsions caused him to go on a killing spree. The now extremely aged Lord Falsworth suspected that the murders were his brother's work and summoned Captain America, who had fought Blood during the War. The two would clash and Cap killed Blood by severing his head with his shield. The Baron's head and body were then burned separately, and the two sets of ashes were scattered in different areas, thus ensuring that the Baron could never be revived.
