With another breaf break (sorry!) and after last time's pre-requisite "ReLoad" parody, we now return to a glimpse at the post-Morrisonian world of the X-verse.
Now, sit back as The Uncanny X-Sprites @ ComiX-Fan returns!

I have so missed these! I much prefer this ending to the real one in the comics. "Bah! You know she'll be back." Hah!

Meh... it would've been better if Wolverine had gutted Chuck. I mean come on, its a webcomic. Gratuitous out of continuity violence from one strip to another is all but expected.
EDIT: actually, replace the last panel with Wolverine holding a memorial for Xavier instead ;)

That was a good one!
Of course you know that Charles and Erik are secretly bi and have had a hankering for each other for years. That's the real reason Erik likes to keep Charles prisoner -- since he can't download Charles' mind so they'll always be together, the way Charles did (but *sniffle* it was purged).
And Onslaught was their love child.

I SOOOOO KNEW IT!
I have been tellin people for years, that's the real reason Charlie left Moira - for Erik. They even do it in the movies: you can just see the longing in Iain McKellen's eyes everytime he comes face-to-face with Mr Stewart.

Well, Moira had already jilted Charles before he met Erik, but you could say that was the real reason he left Gabrielle and that his relationships with Amelia and Lilandra fell apart.
Did you watch "X-Men Evolution"? If so, I'm sure you noticed the fact that Charles was the only mutant to get a free ride to Sanctuary, as Sabertooth groused to Wolverine, and Erik wanted Charles to be by his side. How 'bout the times Erik used his power to move Charles' wheelchair? Come hither, my love!

My tongue is very firmly in my [facial] cheek, although I think the X-Sprites could do something funny with the idea of Chuck and Erik sitting in a tree K-I-S-S-I-N-G.

Well, you can always go and enjoy the best sprite comic ever, 8-Bit Theatre! (http://www.nuklearpower.com) Yeah I know it doesn't have X-Men in it, but then again, these days a lot of things with quality don't :p
AdamWarlock
Apr 12, 2005, 06:44 am
Well who doesn't follow 8-bit theater... specifically the antics of Black Mage... and the rest... But as far as cool online comics/cartoons... nothing even comes close to the wonder that is Strong Bad and Company...
