If you look at the bottom right of each post, you'll see a little box. Click checkmarks into the boxes of posts that you want to reply to on a page. Then go to the top or bottom and click [Post Reply]. The posts will automatically be quoted for you to reply to.

It only works on posts on the same page though, so you need to cut-and-paste a group of quotes and take them to another page, when you need to.

I do it a tad differently. Since I memorize the code like the site's URL, I just type the code in and add the author's name and the quote. It may be harder, which it is, but you get a hang of it after a while.

I right click on the quote button and open each quote in a new page, then I copy and past into one post.

No need to do that anymore, as the multiquote function has been revised. Simply click the checkbox at the end of the row of icons at the bottom of each post that you want to quote, then click the Post Reply button.

Thats very ggod. I usually just avoid multi quotuing because it was so complicated. This is a really nice improvement.
