One of the fake gods created by the Alchemax corporation to fool the populace of 2099, the Heimdall of 2099 was possessed of hyper-accelerated senses and reflexes thanks to Alchemax's neurotechnology. He wielded a sword named Hofund that he could control mentally.
Heimdall clashed with Ravage and the X-Men of 2099 when they attempted to gain entrance to the floating city of Valhalla, but was disabled thanks to a device given to Meanstreak by the false Loki which shut down Heimdall's neurotech.
Heimdall recovered and fought both the Punisher and Spider-Man of 2099 alongside another false god in Baldur. However, both faux-Aesir were vaporized by a blast from a plasma gun wileded by the Punisher.
