The daughter of the feral mutant Wolverine and the ninja assassin Elektra, Wild Thing first made the scene when she attempted to discover the secret identity of the Avenger named J2. Since then, she has aided J2 and the mistress of magnetism Magneta against Enthralla and her half-brother, Sabreclaw.
Wild Thing also once tried out for membership in the Uncanny X-People at her father's request, but declined to join the team even though she proved herself worthy.
Trained by both her mother and father, Wild Thing is a formidable hand-to-hand combatant. She also has the ability to summon psychic claws, apparently a trick her godmother, Psylocke, taught her. She also inherited her father's healing factor, making her resistant to injury and poisons.
