A super-villain who uses flare-creating party poppers, hyperactive tennis balls, and a laughing-gas firing gun whilst robbing banks and jewelry stores. Parody ran afoul of J2 on one such heist, and used his mutant ability of absorbing other's powers to steal the strength from J2.
However, the powers that Parody absorbs wear off after a time, and the second time he encountered J2 he tried to absorb J2's powers once more, but failed as he had unwittingly attempted to steal the powers of ordinary human Miller Hallendale, who at the behest of J2 posed as his hero to fool Parody. J2 then knocked Parody out with one flick of his finger.
