First Appearance: X-Men 2099 #26
Group Affiliation: Undead
Major Enemies: X-Men 2099, Zail Haddad
Powers: Resurrection

The Graverobber was the leader of the Undead, a group of seemingly-resurrected dead mutants in the year 2099. The Graverobber has the ability to generate charged fields of bio-electricity that reanimate dead organic tissue, bringing the dead back to life in a zombie-like state.

The Graverobber sought revenge on Cerebra's father Zail Haddad, for it was whilst he was in the employ of Haddad that the Graverobber became what he is. To that end, the Graverobber formed the Undead, reanimating the corpses of several alpha-class mutants from the 2040's. The Graverobber also reanimated the corpse of Serpentina, a member of the X-Men 2099 who was killed by Junkpile.

The Undead attacked Halo City and encountered the X-Men. During the encounter, Skullfire was shot and killed by Serpentina, and was resurrected by the Graverobber to become the latest member of the Undead. However, Skullfire rebelled against the Graverobber's psychic conditioning, thanks to his becoming a being of pure energy, and the Undead were quickly defeated.
